How You Pay for Each Service
- Monthly plans: WordPress Support Services, the Webmaster Retainer, and “Marketing Tasks Off Your Plate” bill automatically to your card each month. WordPress Support Services can also be billed once a year.
- One-off work: We send an invoice after the work is done. Pay online by credit card, or mail a check.
- Website projects: Paid in stages, as set out in your proposal.

Is My Credit Card Information Safe?
Your card is stored by our payment processor, the company that handles our card payments, on its own secure servers.
- Not on our computers. We don’t keep card numbers in our files or email.
- We ask first. We only charge a one-off invoice to a card on file with your permission.
How Are Website Project Payments Scheduled?
- A deposit is due when you sign. Work starts once we have your signed proposal and deposit.
- The rest is due at set points, such as design approval and launch.
