Is There a Minimum Charge?
Yes. The smallest charge for a one-off change is a half hour. Got several small changes? Send them in one email. We can make them all at once, which saves you time and money.
How Much Does It Cost to Add a New Page or Product?
It depends on what’s going on the page. A page with finished text and labeled photos goes faster than one that keeps changing while we build it.

What If a Job Takes Longer Than You Quoted?
If we misread your request and the job takes longer, we stick to the quoted price. That one’s on us unless changes are coming in after the quote. Then we will requote the rate to accommodate the new requests.
Do Big Changes Need a New Proposal?
During a website project, if your changes add up to a sizable amount of new work, we’ll write a change order for you to sign before we start.
Are Hacked Site Repairs Billed by the Hour?
