We Now Offer AI Training for Small Business Owners. Here’s What That Actually Means.

We Now Offer AI Training for Small Business Owners

Post Contents

TL;DR:

  • W4H Agency now offers one-on-one AI training for small business owners, whether you currently have no AI tools, one, or several.
  • Most sessions run for up to 3 hours, working with 1-3 people from your business over Zoom, on one shared computer.
  • Your first session sets you up with configured accounts, custom instructions, a starter prompt library, and a personal AI Reference Guide.
  • This is about closing productivity gaps with AI. It is not an AI takeover.
  • Ongoing support is available afterward for $285/month (3 hours) or $425/month (5 hours), no contract.
  • Learn more about the service and schedule a free consultation to see if it’s a fit.

Some business owners I talk to have no AI tools yet. Others have one, maybe two, ChatGPT, Claude, or something like Microsoft Copilot or Gemini. Most of them are getting some value out of what they have. Few are getting the most out of it.

An LLM (large language model) is the technology behind tools like ChatGPT and Claude. I mainly work in Claude and ChatGPT, but I regularly use about four different LLMs, because each one has different strengths. Part of training is understanding which tool fits which job.

The real gap is the use cases specific to your business, the ones you might not know exist yet.

What Your First AI Training Session Covers

Before we meet, we talk through the problems in your business and the possible areas you want AI working in a short pre-training call. That conversation shapes everything we do in the session itself.

Most first sessions run up to 3 hours. It’s built for 1 to 3 people from your business, working with me over Zoom, on one shared computer setup.

We start with an overview of the four LLMs I use most, so you know what each one is good for. Then we set up your ChatGPT and Claude accounts together (or review existing accounts), instead of you figuring it from YouTube videos where the creator doesn’t know you or your business.

From there, we prompt the way I actually prompt to give ideas of how it will work best for you and working through the real problems we talked through in your pre-training call. Your invoicing headache, your marketing copy backlog, your customer service scripts, whatever is actually eating your week.

What Custom Instructions Do for You

Custom instructions are a saved set of background information the AI reads before every response, so it doesn’t need your whole backstory retyped each time.

I show you my own custom instructions and explain what each item in it does, including one instruction that every client so far has loved and never thought about using. One piece of what I install also helps cut down on hallucinations, when AI states something false with total confidence. It doesn’t eliminate the problem, but it helps you catch it before it costs you.

Once you’ve seen how mine works, we will install the version built for your business.

Why “Brutal Honesty” Prompts Matter

AI models are built to be agreeable. Ask ChatGPT if your business plan is solid, and it will usually find something nice to say, even when the plan has holes.

I give you four specific brutal honesty prompts, plus a bonus fifth follow-up prompt that pushes past the first answer and gets you the version that actually holds up. The exact method behind that fifth prompt is something you’ll learn in the session itself.

What You Walk Away with From Your First Session

Nothing here is generic. You get:

  • Configured ChatGPT and Claude accounts, set up together instead of in isolation
  • Custom instructions written for your business, not a copy-paste template
  • A starter prompt library built from your real use cases so you’re not looking at a blank screen figuring out what to do next.
  • A personal AI Reference Guide documenting your tools, your prompts, and how to use them
  • A recording of the session, so you can rewatch anything you missed

One client told me the setup saved her hours of work every week. My own mother used her newly configured ChatGPT to research medical alternatives her own doctors hadn’t raised. Different problems, same underlying skill: knowing how to ask, and how to verify what came back.

Who This Is For (And Who It Isn’t)

This is a fit if you want AI filling in the gaps on tasks that can get done faster, freeing you up to be more productive. If you want AI handling the time-consuming stuff while you stay in control of the decisions. If you’re willing to put in the time to actually use what we build.

It’s not a fit if you’re looking for an AI takeover: replacing employees or making business decisions without you in the loop. I won’t sell you on that, because it’s not what this is.

There are no guarantees attached to this service. I build the setup, you run it and I’m here for questions afterwards with our ongoing support sessions. Results depend on whether you actually use what we cover after the session ends.

Ongoing Support After Your First Session

Some clients need a single session and they are set. I also teach multiple training sessions covering different aspects of AI, so others come back for more.

Either way, once your training is done, you may still have questions, want something explained again, or want confirmation you’re doing it right. That’s what the ongoing support retainer is for: $285/month for 3 hours, or $425/month for 5 hours. No contract. Cancel anytime.

Schedule Your Free Consultation

The first step costs nothing. We talk through what you’re trying to get out of AI, whether this training fits your business, and what your first session would look like. No payment, no commitment, just a conversation.
