Training That Comes With a New Website
When your new site launches, we hold a recorded video call that covers how to:
- Add, edit, and delete content on your pages.
- Upload images.
- Write and publish blog posts.
You get the recording, so you can rewatch it whenever you need a refresher. You also get 30 days of support after launch for bugs, anything we missed, and small adjustments.
Training for You and Your Staff
Need help after that, or have new staff to bring up to speed? Book a training session for your specific questions. Bring your list, and we’ll walk through it on your site.
- Live sessions. We walk through your questions on your own site, over a video call.
- Screen recordings. For quick how-tos, we send a short video of our screen, with us talking you through the steps.
- Billing. Training time comes out of your retainer hours, or it’s billed like any other work.
