What We Did
We worked with the owner and the designer from platform research through launch:
- Tech stack research: Worked with the owner through every vendor meeting guiding on the technology side of the project. Evaluated Square Online, WooCommerce add-ons, and dedicated booking platforms to find a setup where in-store sales and online booking work side by side.
- Sitemap: Planned the page structure around the club's four offerings: lessons, open play, membership, and special events.
- Images: Sourced page images together with the owner, us, and the designer.
- Content: Added all site content.
- Header and footer: Built them, then rebuilt them as the scope changed.
- Layout updates: Created new layout options when the retail plan changed.
- Privacy consent: Set up consent management that blocks tracking until a visitor opts in.
- ADA accessibility: Page-by-page testing in progress.
- Coming next: A photo gallery of the club.
