What AEO/GEO Means
AEO stands for Answer Engine Optimization. GEO stands for Generative Engine Optimization. Both describe the same job: getting AI tools to name your business when someone asks them a question.
You already use ChatGPT. Your customers are starting to use it too, and they are not always going to Google first anymore.
A paralegal asks ChatGPT where to get trial exhibits printed in West Palm Beach. A contractor asks where to print a large set of plans fast. Somebody gets named in that answer. Right now it might not be you.
This work overlaps with SEO, but it is not the same thing. SEO is about ranking a page in a list of blue links. AEO/GEO is about being the business the AI names inside a written answer, where there is no list and usually no second place.
What You Get Every Month
- Prompt and keyword tracking. I track real questions your customers would ask and check whether ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Grok mention your business.
- Competitor visibility. I find the prompts where a competitor gets recommended instead of you, and which competitor it is.
- Business listing work. Your Google Business Profile, directory listings, and citations get corrected and strengthened so the information AI tools pull is accurate and consistent.
- Structured data. Schema markup gets added or fixed on your site. Schema is hidden code that spells out for machines what your business is, where it is, what it sells, and who it serves.
- Content and service description improvements. Page-by-page edits to how your services are written, so an AI reading your site can actually tell what you do.
- A monthly report. What I changed, what moved, and what I am working on next.
How It Works
Month one is baseline work. Your business gets added to a paid AEO/GEO tracking platform. I build your prompt set, run the first scan, and document where you currently stand. You get that baseline in writing.
Every month after that is improvement work. I make [CONFIRM: number] page or listing improvements per month, re-run the tracking, and compare it to the last scan.
You get a report every month. No mystery invoices. You see the work.
What This Service Is Not
- It is not a replacement for SEO or paid ads. It works alongside them.
- It is not a website build or redesign. If your site needs to be rebuilt, that is a separate project.
- It is not a guarantee of placement. Read the Honest Limits section below.
- It is not a monthly strategy call package. It is completed work plus a written report.
What I Need From You
This work touches your website and your listings, so I need access to make it happen:
- Administrator access to your website
- Manager access to your Google Business Profile
- Permission to correct your business information on directory sites
- Answers to setup questions within a reasonable window during month one
If I cannot get access, the subscription still bills. I cannot do the work without the keys.
Honest Limits
I cannot promise your business will always appear first in an AI answer. Nobody can honestly promise that, and you should be careful with anyone who does.
AI answers change constantly. Ask the same tool the same question twice and you can get two different answers with two different businesses named. That is how these systems work. It is not a flaw I can engineer around.
What I can promise is that the work gets done every month, that you will see exactly what was done, and that the information these tools find about your business will get more accurate, more complete, and more consistent over time. That is what moves the odds.
This is ongoing work because the answers keep moving. A competitor updates their listings, a platform changes how it picks sources, and the answer you were named in last month names somebody else. Tracking it every month is the only way to know which one happened.
Pricing
$475 per month. No setup fee. No contract.
Billing is automatic every 30 days. Cancel any time with 30 days written notice. The paid tracking platform subscription is included in your monthly rate.

No guarantee of results. Webmaster For Hire (W4H Agency) does not guarantee that your business will appear, rank, or be recommended in any AI-generated answer, at any position, at any frequency, or at all. No specific outcome in traffic, leads, calls, sales, or revenue is promised or implied.
AI systems are outside our control. OpenAI (ChatGPT), Google (Gemini and AI Overviews), Anthropic (Claude), Perplexity, xAI (Grok), and every other AI platform independently control their own models, training data, ranking logic, and answer generation. W4H Agency has no relationship with, influence over, or access to their systems.
AI answers are not repeatable. The same question asked twice may return different answers naming different businesses. Visibility measured on one date may not be reproducible on another date. Tracking reports reflect results observed at the time of the scan and are not a warranty of ongoing visibility.
Platforms change without notice. AI providers may change or remove their models, alter how sources are selected, restrict business information, or discontinue products entirely, at any time and without notice. Such changes may reduce or eliminate visibility gained through this service, and are not grounds for a refund.
This is a service subscription, not a results contract. You are purchasing the ongoing performance of the monthly work described above. Fees are earned when the work is performed, regardless of visibility outcomes.
Client cooperation required. This service requires administrator access to your website, manager access to your Google Business Profile, and authorization to update third-party business listings. If access, credentials, approvals, or requested information are not provided, work may be delayed or limited. Subscription fees continue to bill during any such delay.
Third-party platforms and listings. Business directories, review sites, and data aggregators control their own listing approval, timing, and accuracy. W4H Agency submits and corrects information but cannot compel any third party to publish, approve, or retain it.
Scope. This subscription covers the monthly deliverables listed above. Website design, redesign, custom development, hosting, WordPress maintenance, paid advertising, and content volume beyond the stated monthly amount are not included and are quoted separately.
Billing and cancellation. $475 is billed automatically every 30 days until cancelled. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice by email. Fees already billed are non-refundable, including partial months. No refunds are issued based on visibility results.
Access at termination. Tracking platform monitoring stops when the subscription ends. Improvements made to your website, schema markup, and business listings remain in place and belong to you.
