# How to Update Your Card on File or Fix a Failed Payment

## How to Update Your Card on File

1. **Log in** to [your account](https://webmasterforhire.us/shop/my-account/) on our website. Forgot your password? Use the "Lost your password?" link on the login page.
2. **Go to your payment methods** and add your new card.
3. **Check that your plan uses the new card.** Not sure it does? Email us, and we'll check.

## What Happens If an Automatic Payment Fails?

- **The payment is tried again** automatically.
- **We'll let you know.** We forward the notice or send you a new payment link.
- **Update your card** using the steps above, so the next try goes through.

## Domain Billing Is Separate

Domains bought through us are billed through a different system, with its own login. Need that login? Ask us, and we'll send instructions.
