# How Do Meetings and Consultation Calls Work?

## How to Book a Meeting

- **Use our scheduling link.** Pick a time that works, and tell us the reason for the meeting on the booking form.
- **Pick the length you need.** If you need more time than the booking options allow, ask. Longer calls are fine.
- **Reschedule or cancel** with the link in your confirmation email.

## Can We Make Changes Together on a Call?
